Refund policy

Everything here is printed just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong size pick or a color that looked different on your screen. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

If something's wrong on our end, we'll fix it

Misprinted, damaged or defective item

Wrong item or wrong size sent (different from what you ordered)

 

Email tankstumblerstowels@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Once we confirm it, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund that item.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as lost, or it never arrived, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work it out with the carrier and our print partner.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has gone into production, we can't cancel it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.
