Made to order
Every item is printed for you by our print partner after you place your order. Production usually takes about 2 to 5 business days. Busy seasons can run a little longer.
Transit
Once your order is printed, the carrier takes over. Transit time depends on your address and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on what's in your cart and where it's going. You see the exact cost before you pay.
Where we ship
If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.
More than one package
Items can be printed at different facilities, so your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You only pay the shipping shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
Holidays and gifts
We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date. If it's a gift, order early. When our print partner publishes its holiday cutoff dates, we'll post them here.
Address check
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll help you reship it, and the new shipping cost is on you.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking stalls or your package arrives damaged, email us at tankstumblerstowels@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out.
